Directed by Aamir Pallikkal, ‘Extra Decent’ follows the life of Binu, a man grappling with mental health issues stemming from the trauma of witnessing his elder brother Shibi’s accidental death. Binu is shamed and neglected by his father, while his sister, Nishima, distances herself by relocating abroad. Things take a darker turn when Binu uncovers a harrowing family secret—his sister’s birth is somehow connected to his brother’s tragic end. This revelation drives him into a psychological spiral, leading to obsession, paranoia, and emotional manipulation.
