The globally acclaimed K-pop band BTS is all set to reunite in 2025. In July, all the members (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook), after completing the mandatory military service, will be resuming their musical journey. Though Jin and J-Hope have already gotten their fans engaged with their solo project, the big reunion and the world tour announcement is something that the audiences are eagerly waiting for.
BTS’ comeback
As reported by the Korea JoongAng Daily, HYBE CEO Lee Jang Sang recently shared insights regarding the group's plans for the year. He mentioned that BTS's return might be delayed even after the members finish their military service and reunite..
"The members of BTS are going to finish their military duties within the first half of this year and return to their activities. But they need time to prepare for their music. We are in talks with top-tier songwriters, but the artists also need time to think and prepare themselves," said Lee as he explained the reason behind the delay.
"A tour date is usually set after (an artist) finishes their music. Since BTS members have already marked themselves down as global artists, we are consistently talking about the next step and their visions, which means that we will also need to think about our strategies in accordance with that direction," Lee added.
What are BTS members doing currently?
As J-Hope continues his tour, reports are doing the rounds that Jungkook could reveal plans for his own tour upon his return. Meanwhile, Jin has been focused on his solo endeavors. He was spotted displaying his acting skills in a commercial for Otoki's Jin Ramen. At the same time, he is getting prepared for his B&B-themed variety show, Kian’s Bizarre B&B.
