And to deal with it, holistic nutritionist Surbhi Gupta recently shared a list of anti-inflammatory drinks that one can add in daily diet for effective results. Anti-inflammatory drinks play a vital role in supporting overall health by helping the body combat chronic inflammation—a root cause of many modern ailments, including heart disease, diabetes, joint pain, and even certain cancers. These beverages, often rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and phytonutrients, help reduce oxidative stress, soothe the gut, and boost the immune system. Ingredients like turmeric, ginger, green tea, and berries work naturally to calm inflammation, offering a gentle yet effective way to enhance daily wellness.
Method: Add cinnamon sticks and cloves in water. Boil for a few minutes, Strain and drink it warm.
Benefits: It helps stabilise blood sugar, boost metabolism, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Method: Slice half-a-cucumber and take a few mint leaves, and add them to a glass of water. Infuse it for 3-4 hours and drink it.
Benefits: It soothes digestion and has hydrating and cooling properties.
Method: Add 1 inch ginger in water. Boil it for a few minutes. Add lemon juice to it, mix well and drink warm.
Benefits: It helps reduce bloating, aids digestion and fights inflammation.
Method: Add 1/2 tsp turmeric and a pinch of black pepper in warm water. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes and drink.

Method: Add 1 tsp fennel seeds and 1/2 lemon slice in water. Let it infuse for 3-4 hours and drink.
Benefits: It reduces bloating, supports digestion and cools the body.
Method: Add 1 tsp aloe vera and mint leaves in water. Let it infuse for an hour and drink.
Benefits: It soothes the gut, hydrates and reduces inflammation.
Method: Add 1 tbsp of hibiscus flowers and a few basil leaves to warm water. Let it steep for 15 minutes, strain, and drink.
Benefits: It is rich in antioxidants, support heart health, and reduces inflammation.
