NHL Success and Current Career
Calgary received instant benefits from Matthew within their organization after his arrival. The league recognized his ability to score while displaying his offensive and disruptive playing style. His performance in 2019 concluded his emergence as a main-frontline hockey player when he scored 34 goals and registered 77 points.
He moved from the Flames to the Panthers in 2022. The move elevated his career.
