"Joy is hiding in the background": Emmanuel Acho mocked again as fans bring up Joy Taylor scandal after his latest post

Emmanuel Acho, the former NFL player who has now turned into a sports analyst, found himself in a huge scandal in January 2025 when a lawsuit involved him. The lawsuit was filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairdresser for Fox Sports, who alleged that Joy Taylor, the former host of FS1, was in a sexual relationship with Emmanuel Acho and Charlie Dixon to “advance” her career. While Emmanuel Acho has not addressed the matter in public yet, it seems like he is again getting slammed for it.


Recently, Emmanuel Acho posted a video regarding the Stephen A. Smith and NBA star, LeBron James’ ongoing feud. The feud began after LeBron James accused Stephen A. Smith of “targetting” his son, Bronny James, after he was accused of “nepotism” by the popular host.
In the video posted by Emmanuel Acho, he says, “Yo, sports analysts and opinionists, myself included, we got to stop being so soft. If you want to have an opinion, you can’t be soft pick…I’m looking at all this LeBron James and Stephen A. Smith beefing, analysts need to get called out at times and we need to get checked too…”
While Emmanuel Acho’s words were about LeBron James and Stephen A. Smith, fans have slammed him for the whole controversy regarding Joy Taylor.

A fan commented, “Where’s your girl at bro! You got bigger fish to fry my guy”, while another fan wrote, “Go pick up Joy.”
A third fan commented, “must be a joy not being soft”, while another user wrote, “Joy told you that huh?”

A fifth fan joked, “I bet Joy’s hiding in the background”, while another fan commented, “I only come to this guys page to see how quickly someone mentions Joy. Today took 1 second.”

Emmanuel Acho has not addressed the trolling he has received. In January, when he found himself in this scandal, the former NFL star did not issue a statement but deleted a video where he was seen hyping up Joy Taylor.
In a video that Emmanuel Acho had posted on his social media, he said, “I have to take a moment to shout out my co-host Joy Taylor...A woman. A black woman…Do you all realize how hard it is to get into the position she's in?”
A statement from Emmanuel Acho is awaited where he addresses the whole controversy involving Joy Taylor.
Joy Taylor too has maintained her silence even though her spokesperson has denied all the allegations made against her.
