Ramagundam police organized a mega health camp on Wednesday, prioritizing the well-being of its personnel and their families. Commissioner Ambar Kishor Jha emphasized the importance of health amidst demanding work schedules. Doctors from various hospitals offered comprehensive health check-ups, consultations, and valuable health tips, alongside a CPR awareness program, promoting a healthy lifestyle through diet, yoga, and workouts.

HYDERABAD: In an attempt to ensure good health and a healthy lifestyle for all personnel, Ramagundam police conducted a mega health camp on Wednesday. Personnel from the ranks of home guard to senior officials, including Commissioner Ambar Kishor Jha, took part in the camp for a complete health check-up. Retired personnel and their families also participated in the camp for health screenings.
Jha advised all personnel and their families to focus on their health and not to neglect it in view of the demanding nature of their work.
Doctors from various hospitals in Hyderabad, Karimnagar, and Godavarikhani conducted health checks for participants, covering heart, eye, dental, and other health issues. In addition to consultations, doctors also provided health tips for the personnel.

Addressing the participants, the Commissioner advised them to adopt a healthy lifestyle, incorporate healthy eating habits, and include yoga and workouts in their daily routine to provide better services to the people in the commissionerate.
